It's important that all your koi get a full belly of the medicated koi food. Throwing in a quarter pound of medicated koi food to a pond chock full of thirty inch koi is ridiculous. Your koi should eat medicated koi food once or twice per day until full.

For best results, you should attract your fish to the side of the pond and throw them small amounts of food being careful to get the food directly to you koi that needs it the most.- Medicated koi food 2x daily
- You want to keep your koi "gut fill" of medicated koi food so no other food should be fed.
